Kore Cares has been helping South Dakotans live safely at home for the past 10 years. Founded by Gabrielle Hoing, who spent more than two decades in geriatric care and helped build 11 private duty agencies across 8 states, Kore Cares brings deep expertise and compassionate service to families navigating one of life's biggest transitions.

What started as a mission to bring professional, trustworthy in-home care to South Dakota has grown into a statewide agency serving 43 counties and 111 cities. Whether your parent needs help after surgery, your family member is managing dementia, you're supporting a veteran, or you're not sure yet what level of care is needed, Kore Cares meets families where they are.

The team is built on three promises: trained, vetted caregivers who show up; transparent communication so families always know what's happening; and the flexibility to adjust care as life changes. Carly King, Agency Manager, and her team handle everything from initial assessment through ongoing coordination, so your family can focus on what matters.
