About Dialed In Health

Dialed In Health is an AI-enabled health and wellness directory and long-form podcast. We help people across the region find vetted health and wellness providers, and we interview many of those providers in depth on the show so you can hear how they think before you book.

Why we exist

Choosing a health or wellness provider is a high-stakes decision, and most directories are pay-to-play lists with no review behind them. We built Dialed In Health to be the opposite: a directory where every listing is independently reviewed before it goes live, paired with a podcast that lets you meet the people behind the practice in their own words.

Who runs Dialed In Health

Dialed In Health is founded and hosted by Melissa Goodwin, an entrepreneur and healthcare innovator who has brought more than 30 products to market and is a Bush Fellow. Melissa hosts every episode of the podcast and leads the editorial review behind the directory, sitting down with providers directly to understand their training, their approach, and who they serve well.

Our experience

We do not rank providers from a spreadsheet alone. Many of the providers on this directory have sat down with us for a full episode of the Dialed In Health podcast, so our team has talked with them directly about their training, their approach, and who they serve well. That first-hand contact is part of how we decide who belongs here and how we describe them.

How a provider gets listed

Every provider on the directory is independently reviewed before listing. We verify business details, confirm the scope of services offered, check licensure where it applies, and review public Google ratings and review volume. A provider does not have to pay to be listed, and most listings are not paid placements.

How we rank providers

Within each category, providers are ranked by a transparent composite of signals: Google rating, Google review volume, appearance on the Dialed In Health podcast, the depth of services a provider offers, and our own editorial review. We name these inputs openly. We do not sell ranking position, and we do not change a provider's rank within its tier in exchange for payment. Rankings are refreshed on a regular schedule.

Featured Providers and disclosure

Some providers are Featured Providers, which means they are paid editorial partners of Dialed In Health. Featured Providers are surfaced first within a category, and that relationship is always disclosed at the top of their entry. Being a Featured Provider does not exempt a provider from independent review.

Corrections and contact

If you are a provider and something in your listing is wrong, or you would like to be considered for the directory, contact us and we will review it. We correct verified errors promptly.
